Ditchford Lakes and Meadows (SSSI) is an idyllic wetland nature reserve, in the upper Nene Valley floodplain. The reserve supports a rich array of wetland birds, dragonflies and wild flowers, as well as otters.
The Discover Ditchford Project is restoring the pathways for walkers, anglers and
birdwatchers. Volunteers will repair fences to prevent access by trespassing motorbikes as well as replacing stiles with wide-access kissing gates and carrying out tree surgery.
