Reality wildlife TV arrived in the North East of England last summer with the launch of 'Bird Brother', which is being beamed live every day from the RSPB's Coquet Island nature reserve in Northumberland.
A solar powered camera is bringing live pictures of the 30,000 seabirds nesting on the island to a screen in Amble Tourist Information Centre.
Colourful puffins are likely to be the stars of the show but visitors will also have unique views of roseate terns, one of Europe's rarest seabirds. Coquet Island is the only place in the UK where roseate terns regularly nest.
