Scotland Applications

ABERDEENSHIRE
SITA UK acquired the Stoneyhill landfill site in Aberdeenshire at the start of 2008 and SITA Trust immediately opened its Enhancing Communities programme up to groups within the region.
The SITA Trust Board has decided that whilst the application and decision processes will continue to be dealt with by SITA Trust in the usual fashion, a local organisation will be employed to take on certain aspects of project assessment and monitoring. This simply means that the project assessment visit, any visits required during the progress of the work and the final completed project visit, will be undertaken by this local organisation.
We are delighted to announce that the Buchan Development Partnership* has agreed to take on this work for us.
Any queries about potential applications should still be made to SITA Trust on 01454 262910 or by email to sita [dot] trust [at] sita [dot] co [dot] uk . The landfill locator on this website can be used to identify the eligible areas for funding applications.
