Our values and purpose
We are an ethical funding organisation dedicated to making lasting improvements to the natural environment and to community life.
SITA Trust does its banking with AIB (Allied Irish Banks,p.l.c.) As an organisation that takes its own social responsibility seriously we felt that it was important to work with a bank that shares those values.
In the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) section on the AIB website they state:
Being a responsible corporate citizen is very important to AIB, wherever we operate. We place the core values of honesty, integrity and fairness at the centre of our relationship with our customers and stakeholders. Our CSR practices support these values and we aim to follow best industry practices.
