Ready for the Bridge!
Rob Farrow and his team from Visible Changes have now completed the path leading to the bridge that will cross the Waterfall Channel. The plants are holding up following the freezing conditions. Looking for the bridge and benches to be installed during Monday and Tuesday next week.

Arctic Blast and Snow!
The promised snow has arrived and it is bitterly cold, but the team from Visible Changes keep on working! All of the plants went in before the snow arrived and look in good shape. Any losses will be replaced in the Spring.

Taking Shape
With the plants going in and further progress on the steps, the Waterfall Garden is now taking shape, but snow is on the way!

Plants are here and going in
Bitterly cold with the lake frozen, but the Plants from Evergreen have arrived and two guys from Garden Sage and Matthew Childs are putting them in. Snow is predicted!

Stone Piers are being built
Stone Piers are being built and more progress on the steps, but it is turning cold!!

Wooden pales are going in.
10 November 2010. The wooden pales are going in and the structure of the steps is nearing completion.

Cobbles in the pools
10 November 2010. The laying of cobbles in the channels and pools of the waterfall is now complete.

Thar She Flows
27 October 2010. Thar She Flows!! First time that the waterfall has been in operation in many a year! And it looks terrific!!

Laying in the steps
24 October 2010. The steps are being laid. Everything is above ground to protect the tree roots.
