Jubilee Park Access for All
Jubilee Park in Merseyside is a high level facilities park with two full size football pitches, a broad range of play equipment, bowling green (crown) hardstanding games area and pavilion. The project will create five welcoming and open entrances which will improve accessiblity to all facilities for everyone. The footpath network will be improved through resurfacing and a new path to the Memorial Garden will be created.

Chickerell Downs Pond Restoration Project
This project contributes to the UK Biodiversity Action Plan for ponds by aiming to ensure the sustainability of two ponds at Chickerell Downs as vital habitats to support species which inhabit the woodland.

Fretherne with Saul and Framilode Memorial Hall Kitchen Refurbishment
This project will see the complete refurbishment of this busy memorial hall's kitchen. The hall is located on a designated QEII Field.

Holy Nativity Community Peace Gardens 'Living and Growing Together'
Creation of peace gardens as thanksgiving for life and a local response to the 'Newcastle City for Peace' initiative. The gardens will welcome people into the Parish Centre and be spaces of peace, places to meet, where children can play and where volunteers can engage in 'Green Gym' gardening activities. They will be living rooms for bees, birds, butterflies and mini-beasts and classrooms for environmental discoveries. Residents have asked for a 'Snowdrop' and 'Poppy' Memory Bed.

The creation of a wildflower meadow accessible to all members of the community on Heskin Parish Council's QEII field.

Sutton Churches Tennis Club's project to convert two of their shale courts to all-weather clay.

Ribchester Playing Field Jubilee Play and Visitor Project
Major upgrade and renewal of play equipment and visitor facilities, originally installed late 1980s. As part of this, SITA Trust are funding new seating, picnic tables, and safety surfacing for the playground.

This project aims to safeguard and enhance the internationally important populations of floating water plantain (Luronium natans) present on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal SSSI.

Princethorpe Woodlands - Creating a Living Landscape
This two year project will focus on assessing and restoring three key woodlands within the most important concentration of ancient woodlands in Warwickshire to good ecological condition, building resilience to climate change, and encouraging greater diversity in the flora and fauna.

The pond at Ramsden Hall School is of high UK BAP conservation importance, supporting a population of Great Crested Newts.
